In our fast-paced airport environment, Utility Team Members play a critical role in ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and remains clean, safe, and welcoming for every guest. This physically demanding position is essential to the success of our restaurant. Utility Team Members are constantly moving, lifting, cleaning, and supporting both Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure operations run efficiently. Your work directly impacts the guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the restaurant.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous custodial, janitorial, restaurant, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, kitchen, and service areas
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment
• Empty trash and recycling containers and maintain waste disposal areas
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors according to safety and sanitation standards
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces and food preparation areas
• Restock cleaning supplies, paper goods, and operational inventory as needed
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries
• Support both Front of House and Back of House teams during daily operations
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and additional operational tasks as assigned
• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and appearance guidelines
