Requirements

• Active MN licensure
• 2+ years of primary care experience as an NP or PA
• BC (Board Certified)
• DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) certification
• Clean background check

Responsibilities

• Provide 1 month of part-time coverage at an employee/family health clinic.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Provide wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, health education, and occupational health services.
