You’ll work with program leadership to manage cost, schedule, and performance to support the Navy in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives using tools like Microsoft Excel to analyze budgets and tracking information, Microsoft Word to develop technical documents, Microsoft PowerPoint to develop presentations, and Generative AI to streamline and automate processes. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with program management or operations in a Defense or Navy program management office
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail, be flexible, be proactive, be adaptable to changing client priorities, and manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple client organizations, partner nation organizations, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience tracking FMS cases through the development and execution process
  • Experience working with foreign stakeholders
  • Experience leveraging generative AI to streamline processes
  • Experience managing program risks, issues, and opportunities
  • Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, Power BI, or Power Apps
  • Knowledge of the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Management Information System International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Information Warehouse (IW), or Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Knowledge of financial analysis or cost analysis
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
