About The Position

PeopleTec is currently seeking an FMS Financial Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location. The candidate will perform in the capacity of a Programmatic and Financial Specialist in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) supporting the Joint Attack Munition Systems (JAMS) supporting Branch in the AMCOM Army Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD).

Requirements

  • Experience with Army Aviation and Missile Systems, such as Hellfire and Stinger is desired.
  • Analyze financial and program data with proficiency in one or more of these FMS Financial Systems : DSAMS, CISIL, SCIP, and other FMS systems
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work.
  • Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

  • Quick learner with an understanding of Foreign Military Sales, Weapons Systems Acquisition, and coordination of resources among government agencies

  • Prior DoD civilian, military, or contractor experience is a plus
  • Special consideration will be made for candidates with experience working with or in foreign countries

Responsibilities

  • Providing financial, programmatic, and technical support across the full lifecycle of FMS cases, including development, execution, reconciliation, closure, and program review activities.
  • The Development Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) in response to Letters of Request from multiple countries that are FMS customers.
  • Assist in the total case management of FMS cases for a Weapon System platform.
  • The ability to track PMR (Program Management Review) action items and ensure timely follow‑through across stakeholders.
  • Develop and task Price, Availability, and Serviceability data sheets and utilize the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) to develop LOR/LOAs.
  • Perform functions within various systems to provide status of programs and identify potential problem areas to management.
  • Resolving Requests for Information, tracking the shipment of Aviation and/or Missile FMS equipment and resolving shipping problems, coordinating and attending Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and coordinating other equipment training and Working Group Meetings.
