Requirements

  • BS or BA in a Business, Management or "Relevant" Technical Discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct experience in business or technical position.
  • One (1) year of FMS experience is required
  • Security Clearance? Secret
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data system
  • Foreign travel is required for this position

Nice To Haves

  • An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience; OR an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
  • Four (4) years of FMS experience is desired.
  • Possesses both analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills/techniques.
  • English language skills to communicate and negotiate with vendors.
  • Strong communicator must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally.
  • Ability to train, lead projects, direct employees.
  • Customer service oriented, detail focused, pro-active behavior, multi-task capability.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various FMS programs.
  • Assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the AECA, the SAMM, and the ITAR, as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.
  • Works with all levels of Program Office and Integrated Product Support (All elements).
  • Assist with preparing Performance Work Statements (PWS) and associated CDRLs.
  • Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, research, acquisition, or financial data and information as requested by customer.
  • Preparing technical reports/presentations/briefings using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat software.
