About The Position

The FMS Management Analyst position offers an opportunity to utilize project management and analysis skills to develop projects from concept to completion. The role involves providing program and project management expertise in supporting projects for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation Research. The analyst will work with program leadership to manage cost, schedule, and performance, supporting the Navy in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives. This role utilizes tools like Microsoft Excel for budget analysis and tracking, Microsoft Word for technical documents, Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations, and Generative AI for process streamlining and automation. Communication is key to ensuring program goals are achieved and quality standards are met. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with program management or operations in a Defense or Navy program management office
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail, be flexible, be proactive, be adaptable to changing client priorities, and manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple client organizations, partner nation organizations, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
