This position will provide entry-level financial and program management database support to meet Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers’ needs. Responsibilities include budget administration, business policy, financial management, and process/performance improvement. The candidate will need to effectively operate multiple management information systems and identify anomalies/inconsistencies. The role requires the candidate to be organized, logical, a quick learner, and detail-oriented. This position will support both budget execution and funding programs reporting to support FMS customer financial management. The candidate may also assist with coordinating and attending Program Management Reviews (PMRs) held between the company and customers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with zero years of experience. 8 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated ability to learn and operate multiple complex information systems with limited formal documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required to manage large volumes of financial and program data.
Ability to follow established processes while adapting to changing government financial systems and reporting requirements.

Nice To Haves

BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field with 0-2 years’ experience
Active Secret Security Clearance is a plus
Experience working with large datasets in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, Power Query, or similar analytical tools.
Experience reconciling data between multiple systems and researching inconsistencies.
Experience supporting government, defense, logistics, acquisition, or financial management programs.

Responsibilities
