About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit stores at various locations within an assigned territory. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in each store, works directly with clients, and independently creates attractive floral displays while coordinating with local teams. Falcon Farms provides a planned route and the tools needed for the work. The position follows a set schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The role requires availability during the peak season from November to May, including support for key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. The work involves frequent lifting and moving of boxes weighing up to 40 pounds, bending, stretching, reaching above shoulder height, and standing or walking for most of each shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for increased demand during peak festive seasons, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
Set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when necessary.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
