About The Position
Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain floral displays at an assigned store location in Lebanon, Missouri. The merchandiser works independently while collaborating with local teams and clients to create attractive displays and manage inventory. The company provides a planned route and the tools needed for store visits. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., with pay of $35 per visit. The role includes additional support during peak dates and seasons, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and the November-to-May peak season.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
- Internet access and a smartphone.
- Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
- Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
- Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.
Responsibilities
- Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
- Restock and organize flowers and monitor inventory.
- Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
- Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, managers, and customers.
- Prepare stores for increased demand during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
- Set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when needed.
- Support teammates with special activities when needed.
