About The Position

The Floral Runner/delivery provides excellent customer service while overseeing floral arrangements and ensuring areas are neat, clean, and compliant with visual standards. The role works with hotel management, employees, guests, and teams across the city to maintain floral and plant displays and support event and service promotions. The ideal candidate is outgoing, upbeat, energetic, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Requirements

• Friendly, mature, and outgoing personality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Neat, professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to interface effectively with management, employees, and guests.
• Ability to act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure or in conflict situations.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to obtain or renew required government licenses or certifications, specifically a TAM (Alcohol Awareness) certification and Health Card where applicable.
• Ability to perform reaching, stooping, and/or crouching motions repeatedly.
• Ability to communicate verbally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Nobu management, luxury management, and wedding teams to ensure visual standards are met.
• Care for, maintain, and handle flowers and foliage, indoor plants, and other items.
• Implement and maintain departmental plans and goals developed by management.
• Coordinate promotion of events and services.
• Work with department personnel to review activities and operating procedures.
• Comply with hotel management directives regarding policy, program, or procedure changes.
• Deliver flowers and foliage to teams located around the city.
• Periodically review and understand hotel policies and procedures as they apply to the position.
