About The Position

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a third-party logistics provider offering supply-chain services. The Arlington, Texas operation supports General Motors and manages a warehouse facility providing pick-and-pack, sequencing, and inventory-management support. The Floor Supervisor oversees warehouse associates during an assigned shift, monitors operational performance and safety, develops team members, and supports efficient warehouse operations. The position is for the third shift, Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Requirements

Effective oral and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
Competitive and career-oriented mindset.
0–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehousing, distribution, or transportation environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts and ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks.
Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the facility.
Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
Address employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real time.
Coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound shipments.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Communicate with leadership and other departments to resolve operational issues.
Complete daily reports on labor, workflow, and production performance.
Support continuous improvement efforts and operational efficiency.
