About The Position

Universal Logistics is a provider of transportation and logistics solutions. Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., provides supply chain services and customized logistics solutions. This position is based in Racine, Wisconsin, supporting Case New Holland operations. The facility provides warehouse services including pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management to support daily production.

Requirements

0–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic warehouse or inventory systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Lead and support warehouse associates during assigned shifts to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.
Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards to maintain smooth daily operations.
Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations.
Address employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real time.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support daily workflow.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Enforce company policies, processes, and safety requirements.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
Complete daily reporting related to labor, workflow, and productivity.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
