About The Position

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a third-party logistics provider offering supply-chain services and customized logistics solutions. The operation is based in Arlington, Texas, and supports General Motors by operating a warehouse facility that provides pick-and-pack, sequencing, and inventory-management support. The Senior Floor Supervisor oversees warehouse associates during an assigned shift, monitors productivity, quality, and safety, and supports the day-to-day flow of warehouse operations. The role includes coaching and developing team members, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, addressing employee and operational issues, completing performance reports, and supporting continuous improvement. The available shift is Monday through Saturday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Requirements

Effective oral and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
Competitive and career-oriented mindset.
0–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehousing, distribution, or transportation environment.

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the facility.
Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
Address employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real time.
Coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound shipments.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Communicate with leadership and other departments to resolve operational issues.
Complete daily reports on labor, workflow, and production performance.
Support continuous improvement efforts and operational efficiency.
