About The Position

The Floor Host, Casino role at Resorts World Las Vegas is responsible for cultivating and identifying patrons with incremental spend throughout the resort. This position involves interacting with guests primarily in person on the property, as well as via telephone, e-mail, text message, and written correspondence. The Floor Host will handle all aspects of the guest’s visit, including booking spa, dining, in-room dining amenities, ground transportation, cabanas, and hotel rooms. They will also assist with casino credit and oversee folio check-out. Additionally, the role requires providing feedback to team and property leadership regarding guest feedback, suggestions, concerns, or issues. The Floor Host must adhere to Resorts World Las Vegas policies and procedures, including Title 31 compliance requirements, and obtain and maintain position-specific licensing. The use of a cellular phone for job-related operational tasks, review of company documents, and other duties as assigned is also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a CASINO, HOSPITALITY, OR CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for guest service.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Must obtain and maintain required gaming registration and licenses
  • At least 21 years of age.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of casino loyalty programs and promotional strategies.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Resort Marketing or premium customer hosting experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a guest-facing role.

Responsibilities
