About The Position

We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Casino Host who thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment and enjoys building strong connections with guests. As a Casino Host, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with our valued players while helping drive guest loyalty, visitation, and gaming revenue. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and entertainment.

Requirements

  • Exceptional guest service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect naturally with a wide variety of guests
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment regarding guest reinvestment and complimentary offerings
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced casino and hospitality environment
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, with a focus on high-value players and loyalty growth
  • Proactively contact assigned guests to encourage visits, promote events, and enhance the overall guest experience
  • Identify opportunities to grow guest engagement and increase player loyalty through personalized service
  • Coordinate complimentary amenities and experiences within company guidelines while exercising sound judgment and discretion
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure positive experiences and long-term retention
  • Partner with Marketing, Food & Beverage, Hotel, and Entertainment teams to support promotions, events, and special guest experiences
  • Analyze player activity and trends to make informed decisions that support revenue growth and guest satisfaction
  • Assist with hosting special events, player parties, promotions, and on-property activations
  • Maintain accurate guest records and communications using casino and player tracking systems
  • Support additional operational or guest service needs as assigned
