Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Shoreview, MN. No floor care experience is required as we can train the right candidate. This is a part-time weekend job with consistent hours and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• Previous floor care, custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and other floor care equipment
• Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpets
• Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed
• Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently
