About The Position

Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Porter / Housekeeper to help keep a large retail store clean, safe, and ready for customers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for weekend work, a second job, or extra income. The role involves cleaning and maintaining restrooms, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming store areas, emptying trash, cleaning entrances, breakrooms, and common areas, and helping to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers and employees. The position requires safe use of cleaning equipment and supplies, and adherence to daily cleaning assignments and schedules. No experience is necessary as training and support are provided.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and cleaning throughout the shift
• Must be at least 18 years old
