Floating Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
As the Floating Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at B Above, you'll be a vital part of our clinical team by providing consistent, high-quality ABA services wherever you're needed most. This unique role is perfect for an experienced RBT who enjoys variety, adaptability, and making an impact across multiple clients and settings. You'll help ensure continuity of care by supporting new client starts, schedule changes, and temporary coverage needs throughout our service area. In this role, you will: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs Float between client assignments based on scheduling and clinical needs Collect accurate data and complete session documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with BCBAs, Scheduling, families, and other members of the clinical team Support children in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills Maintain professionalism while adapting to a variety of clients, treatment plans, and environments Assist with approved indirect clinical duties when direct client services are unavailable Help ensure uninterrupted, high-quality care for children and families
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct ABA therapy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel throughout the designated service area
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
- A passion for providing exceptional care and supporting children with autism
