About The Position

The Floating Preschool Teacher is an entry-level role focused on helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive in a positive and engaging learning environment. The teacher partners with preschool teachers to implement the proprietary curriculum and uses engaging characters to make learning fun. The role also involves maintaining classroom and program health, safety, and quality-compliance standards; collaborating with peers to create a welcoming daycare environment; and communicating children’s adventures and achievements to their parents and families through mobile apps and personal discussions. The position offers state-of-the-art classrooms and opportunities for training, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and leadership growth.

Requirements

Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
High school diploma or GED.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

Early childhood education coursework preferred.
