About The Position

The Floating Neighborhood Administrator will be a part of our SOS Team. SOS stands for “Support Operations Specialists” and is the team responsible for floating management, leasing, and maintenance support across our whole residential portfolio. As an SOS Neighborhood Administrator, you get the unique experience of working with teams of all sizes and Neighborhoods with unit counts as cozy as 100 to those as epic as 1,000! Every day brings something a little different and challenges you to grow in new ways. You'll be empowered to solve problems by indulging your creativity and be supported by others who love to do the same. As a Neighborhood Administrator your role is a constant blend of Financial Administration, Leasing Administration, Customer Service, and Leasing.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Managing rent collections, reviewing ledgers, processing final account statements, or tracking invoices.
  • Providing support to the leasing team in qualifying future Neighbors - verifying applications, performing credit investigations, and creating all associated documentation accompanying the rental agreements.
  • Answering Neighbor questions about policies or deposit charges.
  • Answering phones and providing support to the leasing team in qualifying future Neighbors when the office gets busy.
  • Guiding Future Neighbors through our Ultimate Leasing Experience.
