About The Position

GSF Properties Inc. is seeking a reliable, motivated Floating Grounds Technician to help maintain the curb appeal and appearance of apartment communities throughout the Merced, California area. This hands-on role includes daily property walks, grounds maintenance, litter removal, and travel between assigned properties to ensure each community looks its best. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with starting pay of $18.00 per hour plus benefits. A valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance are required.

Requirements

Valid California Driver's License.
Current auto insurance.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive communities.
Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to travel between assigned communities.
Able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Nice To Haves

Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or apartment community experience.
