About The Position

GSF Properties Inc. is hiring a full-time Floating Grounds Technician to maintain the curb appeal and appearance of apartment communities throughout the Merced, California area. The hands-on role includes daily property walks, grounds maintenance, litter removal, and travel between assigned properties to help ensure each community looks its best. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, plus benefits.

Requirements

Valid California Driver's License.
Current auto insurance.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive communities.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to travel between assigned communities.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Nice To Haves

Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or apartment community experience is a plus, but not required.
