About The Position

Massage Envy is seeking a driven, people-focused Floating General Manager for its Tucson, Arizona region. This role supports daily operations across two to three locations and serves as a development and training pathway toward a permanent General Manager position. During the development period, the organization works to match each leader’s strengths with an individual location’s needs, with the goal of transitioning the leader to oversee an assigned location. The Floating General Manager leads and develops teams, supports location operations, and drives business performance while fostering a positive environment for clients and staff. Compensation includes a base salary, commissions, and bonus opportunities. The listed annual range is $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience.

Requirements

At least 3 years of management experience.
Strong communication and motivation skills, with the ability to build cohesive, productive teams.
Ability to interpret business metrics and use them to make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations at two to three locations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory, payroll, and compliance.
Lead by example and champion Massage Envy’s core values in interactions.
Coach and mentor team members, support their success, and encourage continued growth.
Drive sales, membership growth, service excellence, and other performance metrics to exceed business goals.
Ensure clients receive an exceptional experience and feel seen, heard, and cared for.
