About The Position

PCRK Group–Massage Envy is hiring a people-focused Floating General Manager for its West Cleveland, Ohio region. The position supports the daily operations of two to three locations and serves as a development and training pathway to a permanent General Manager role. During this period, the company works to match each leader’s strengths with an individual location’s needs, with the goal of transitioning the person into a dedicated General Manager role overseeing an assigned location. The role focuses on leading and developing teams, driving business performance, and providing an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

At least 3 years of management experience.
Strong communication and motivation skills, with the ability to build cohesive, productive teams.
Ability to interpret business metrics and use them to make informed decisions.
Organized and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Passion for wellness and commitment to creating a positive environment for clients and staff.

Nice To Haves

Experience in spa, fitness, retail, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations of two to three locations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory, payroll, and compliance.
Lead by example and champion Massage Envy’s core values in every interaction.
Coach and mentor team members, encourage continuous growth, and help them succeed.
Drive sales, member growth, service excellence, and other performance metrics to exceed business goals.
Ensure every client feels seen, heard, and cared for.
Foster a supportive, high-energy culture where team members feel valued and empowered.
