About The Position

Main Street Bank is seeking a full-time Floating Customer Service Representative to serve its greater Wheeling Market, including Wheeling, St. Clairsville, Elm Grove, Moundsville, Wellsburg, and Toronto, Ohio. The role requires prior retail banking experience as a teller or customer service representative, verifiable cash-handling experience, and the ability to pass a background and credit check. Regularly rotating Saturday morning shifts are required; there are no night or Sunday shifts. The bank offers premium pay for floating, mileage reimbursement, competitive pay that increases as employees learn and become proficient in new areas, a referral rewards program with no quotas, flexible schedules, and paid training and development opportunities. Requirements

• Prior retail banking experience as a teller or customer service representative is required.
• Verifiable cash-handling experience is required.
• Must be able to pass a background and credit check.
• Must be available for Saturday mornings on a regular rotation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A strong customer service philosophy.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn, grow, and develop.
