About The Position

Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is hiring a part-time Floating Customer Service Representative to support its South China and Brunswick, Maine branches for 20 hours per week. The role provides professional and confidential customer service at a customer service window, processing a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including opening new accounts. On-the-job training is provided, and the position is an opportunity to build general banking knowledge and master routine transactions. The position is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has an interest in customer service. Compensation is based on factors including experience, skills, and geographic location. The stated pay range is $15.50–$20.00, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements

Customer service experience.
Working knowledge of Windows.
Interest in customer service.
Experience handling cash is helpful, but not required.
