About The Position

The Floating Community Manager oversees operations at a 288-unit value-add community in Nashville, Tennessee. This role provides hands-on leadership to support resident satisfaction and financial performance, with an emphasis on collections, leasing, and reducing delinquency. The manager leads the onsite team and partners with leadership on renovations, marketing, resident retention, and other value-add initiatives. The position is responsible for ensuring compliance with budgets, company policies, and property performance goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of property management experience; experience with value-add assets is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and reporting.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset.
• A positive, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi.
