About The Position

LAZ Parking is hiring a Floater Valet Attendant to park and retrieve customers’ vehicles safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner across multiple facility locations. Attendants are often the first and last people customers encounter, so a warm welcome, professional demeanor, and strong customer service are essential. The role also helps maintain organized traffic flow and positive customer relationships. Employees must be comfortable working independently or with a team and handling challenging or emotionally charged situations.

Requirements

Strong customer service experience.
Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
Good driving record and cautious driving habits.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in English, including speaking, reading, and comprehension.
Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
Ability to work unsupervised and make independent decisions.
Dependability, timeliness, a sense of urgency, and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, wind, snow, and rain.
Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds, and to stand, walk, run, bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently during a shift.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Cash handling experience.
Parking industry experience.
