About The Position

We’re looking for a Float Front Desk / Patient Representative who thrives on helping others, brings positivity to the team, and adapts with ease when floating to our nearby clinics. You’re not just working behind a desk — you’re the first smile patients see and the friendly voice that makes them feel at ease. This role is crucial in welcoming and assisting patients with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and managing daily schedules. The position is based out of the Overland Park Office and requires flexibility to float to other Diagnostic Imaging Centers (DIC) locations for PTO and coverage needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Excellent communicator — in person, over the phone, and everywhere in between
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a busy clinic
• A true team player with a can-do attitude
• Willingness to float to other DIC locations for PTO and coverage needs

Nice To Haves

• Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and provide accurate cost estimates
• Manage daily schedules and appointment confirmations
• Deliver exceptional service that reflects DIC’s patient-first values
• Float to other DIC locations for PTO and coverage needs
