As a Front Desk Representative, you will provide superior customer service to both patients and other staff members. This role involves ensuring that all necessary demographic, billing, and clinical information is obtained and entered in the registration system with timeliness and accuracy. You will also be responsible for greeting patients, handling the check-in/check-out process, collecting patient payments, and verifying patient demographic and insurance information, updating as needed. Other duties as required.
