About The Position

Frontier Dermatology is hiring a dermatology Float Medical Assistant to support providers and patients across clinics in Mill Creek, Everett, and Monroe, Washington. The role involves assisting multiple providers with procedures and performing a variety of medical assistant tasks in different clinic settings. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The listed wage range is $25.00–$31.00 per hour, plus a float differential; pay depends on factors including work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability.

Requirements

• Must be certified or registered as a Medical Assistant through the Washington State Department of Health.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months of related healthcare experience, or trade school equivalent.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Room patients.
• Assist providers with procedures.
• Provide patient education.
• Perform daily patient tasks.
• Travel between the Mill Creek, Everett, and Monroe clinic locations.
