About The Position

The Float Financial Representative & Concierge is an on-site member of Hanscom Federal Credit Union’s Branch Network, based out of the Littleton Branch. The role provides service to members and visitors, performs clerical and administrative work, completes authorized account and payment transactions, and provides backup branch support. It also includes ATM custody, referral activity to support assigned sales goals, and completion of required Financial Wellness certification. Travel to other HFCU locations or branches may be required based on staffing and business needs.

Requirements

At least one year of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain and maintain registration as a Massachusetts Notary Public.
Ability to interact professionally with members, visitors, vendors, and employees; communicate clearly; maintain confidentiality; work independently; and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Able to bend, sit, and stand while performing primarily sedentary work, with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
Able to operate routine office equipment, work on a computer for extended periods, travel between locations, and maintain regular, reliable, and timely attendance.

Current registration as a Massachusetts Notary Public.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality service to members and visitors; greet members, vendors, and guests, respond to inquiries, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor passes and fobs.
Perform clerical and administrative duties, including processing mail and packages and maintaining assigned records, files, and reports.
Perform account maintenance, check printing, account closings, payment postings, and other authorized transactions.
Provide backup branch support, including opening memberships, processing deposits, and scanning checks.
Serve as branch ATM custodian, including replenishing cash, balancing, and coordinating technical support.
Comply with company policies and procedures and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Meet assigned sales goals by identifying referral opportunities and referring members to Financial Wellness Coaches.
Complete and maintain required Financial Wellness certification.
Perform other duties as assigned, including travel to other branch locations based on staffing and business needs.
