About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for a T-7A GNC Manager to join our team in Berkeley, MO. Air Dominance is looking for an engineering manager to lead a team of Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineers who execute critical development efforts on T-7A Flight Control Law Design, Analysis, Formal Qualification Test, and Flight Test, as well as GNC related production activities. Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
5+ years of experience in a engineering discipline
3 years of experience working Flight Controls related engineering
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Excellent communication skills.
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Boeing military programs and processes.
Experience developing and administering budgets, schedules and performance standards, including EVM
Prior oversight of technical effort of medium sized or multi-skill teams.
Mentoring or technical lead engineer experience.
