About The Position

StretchLab Spartanburg is hiring a Flexologist / Stretch Therapist to provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions in a clean, calm, professional studio. The role serves clients of all ages and fitness levels, including athletes, seniors, and desk workers. Flexologists use knowledge of anatomy and human movement to tailor stretching plans to individual clients. Prior stretching experience is not required; training is provided in the StretchLab methodology. The position is available part-time or full-time in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Requirements

• Current license, certification, or degree in a health or fitness field, such as Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Exercise Science or Kinesiology graduate, Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Athletic Trainer, or Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200+).
• Credential or educational background should include anatomy, physiology, or kinesiology.

Nice To Haves

• Prior stretching experience or knowledge is not required; relevant educational foundations are sufficient.
• Experience with a recognized personal-training certification such as NASM, ACE, NSCA, or ACSM, or a similar credential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions.
• Customize stretching plans using knowledge of anatomy and human movement.
• Work with clients across different ages and fitness levels.
• Review the daily client schedule and conduct focused 25- or 50-minute sessions.
• Build client trust and support client goals and progress over time.
