About The Position

StretchLab Johns Creek is hiring a Flexologist to provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions in a clean, calm, professional studio. The role serves clients of all ages and fitness levels, including athletes, seniors, and desk workers. Flexologists use their knowledge of anatomy and human movement to customize stretching plans for each client. Prior stretching experience is not required; training is provided in the StretchLab methodology. The work is hands-on and purpose-driven, with no cold calling or selling.

Requirements

• Hold a current license, certification, or degree in a health or fitness field.
• Qualifying credentials may include Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or similar), a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field, Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Athletic Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200+), or a similar credential that includes anatomy, physiology, or kinesiology.

Nice To Haves

• Prior stretching experience or knowledge is not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions.
• Customize stretching plans using knowledge of anatomy and human movement.
• Work with clients across a range of ages, fitness levels, and goals.
• Review the client schedule and conduct focused 25- or 50-minute sessions.
