3rd Shift Flexographic Die cutter Operator
About The Position
ID Technology, part of ProMach, is seeking a Flexographic Die Cutter Operator to help produce quality flexographic label products at its Fresno, California facility. The operator works with a team-player mentality and takes pride in producing quality work. The position is on the third shift, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The role involves operating flexographic printing presses, a paper die cutter, finishing slitter rewinders, and tabletop finishing machines. Operators prepare and run production jobs, convert master rolls into smaller rolls, package finished goods, and maintain a clean and safe work area. ProMach offers an open, communicative environment that encourages individual initiative and career growth. Compensation is $25.00–$30.00 per hour. Responsibilities
- Operate blank and multiple-color flexographic printing presses, paper die cutters, finishing slitter rewinders, and tabletop finishing machines.
- Record job run times and footage information on daily log sheets.
- Convert master rolls of stock into smaller rolls using slitter rewinders and tabletop finishing machines.
- Package finished goods into boxes, label them, and seal them neatly and cleanly.
- Set up and tear down production jobs accurately using information in job specification packets.
- Change master rolls of paper on the press.
- Remove finished product rolls from the press.
- Clean ink pans upon completion of printed jobs.
- Remove and dispose of waste rolls from the printing press.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Help other team members as needed.
