3rd Shift Flexographic Die cutter Operator
About The Position
ID Technology, part of ProMach, is seeking a Flexographic Die Cutter Operator for its Fresno, California facility. The position contributes to producing quality flexographic label products and calls for a team-oriented approach and pride in one's work. The posting describes a third-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The operator works with flexographic printing presses, die-cutting and finishing equipment to prepare, produce, convert, and package label products. The role includes setting up and tearing down jobs according to job specification packets, tracking run information, changing and removing paper rolls, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Responsibilities
- Operate blank and multiple-color flexographic printing presses, a paper die cutter, finishing slitter rewinders, and tabletop finishing machines.
- Record job run times and footage information on the daily log sheet.
- Convert master rolls of stock into smaller rolls using slitter rewinders and tabletop finishing machines.
- Package finished goods into boxes, and label and seal them neatly and cleanly.
- Accurately set up and tear down production jobs based on information in job specification packets.
- Change master rolls of paper on the press.
- Remove finished product rolls from the press.
- Clean ink pans after printed jobs are completed.
- Remove and dispose of waste rolls from the printing press.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Help other team members as needed.
