About The Position

We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who want to make a real difference in the lives of seniors in our local community. We are hiring flexible PRN and On-Call Caregivers in Hendersonville and Gallatin who love variety and want to pick up hours on their own terms. This position is ideal for experienced caregivers looking for supplementary income, student nurses, or anyone needing total schedule freedom. Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old
• Hold a valid Driver's License and auto insurance
• Pass background/drug screenings
• 1 year of caregiving experience (family care counts!)

Responsibilities

• Maximum Adaptability: Willingness to take on short-notice shifts, fill-in visits (4–12 hours), or short-term client coverage as emergency needs arise.
• Mobile & Ready: Quick response time and readiness to travel across Hendersonville, Gallatin, and nearby Sumner County neighborhoods.
• Diverse Care Skills: Comfort jumping into different client environments with confidence, compassion, and professional adaptability.
