We are hiring flexible PRN and On-Call Caregivers in Hendersonville and Gallatin who love variety and want to pick up hours on their own terms. Requirements

Must be 21+ years old
Hold a valid Driver's License and auto insurance
Pass background/drug screenings
1 year of caregiving experience (family care counts!)

Responsibilities

Willingness to take on short-notice shifts, fill-in visits (4–12 hours), or short-term client coverage as emergency needs arise.
Quick response time and readiness to travel across Hendersonville, Gallatin, and nearby Sumner County neighborhoods.
Comfort jumping into different client environments with confidence, compassion, and professional adaptability.
