About The Position

Albertsons Companies is hiring a Flex Operator at its Energetic Beverage Plant in Denver, Colorado. The role operates production equipment, performs work across multiple process functions, and provides relief coverage as directed by management. Operators are expected to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Training is provided on specific pieces of equipment. The position involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment; conducting product testing procedures for quality-assurance samples; completing basic sanitation tasks; and documenting process results, equipment downtime, and work orders. The production environment may be hot or cold depending on the season and equipment location. The listed pay rate is $26.20 per hour.

Requirements

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and respond to multiple activities.
Apply basic mechanical and troubleshooting methods to production processes.
Use basic math skills and reasoning in the work environment.
Ability to lift 50 pounds at various times during a shift.
Willingness to follow Standard Operating Procedures and supervisor instructions.
Comfort making minor adjustments to production equipment.
Ability to accurately document process results, equipment downtime, and work orders using written and digital tools.
Must qualify for forklift and/or pallet jack certification.
Ability to work in a production environment that may be hot or cold.
Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, and ascend and descend stairs and ladders.

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
