About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Flex Global Surveillance Security Operations Center Operator / Patrol in Santa Clara, California. The role involves monitoring security systems and surveillance screens, recognizing suspicious activity, documenting events and incidents, responding to potential threats, and conducting regular patrols. The operator also controls access to secure areas, verifies visitor identities, identifies possible security-system vulnerabilities or malfunctions, and collaborates with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies. The position is responsible for protecting people and property. Candidates must be flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift—day, swing, or overnight—as scheduling needs vary. Requirements

• At least one year of corporate security experience.
• At least one year of GSOC experience.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Active driver's license.
• Technology savvy, with strong proficiency using technology.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Strong report-writing skills.
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Include an up-to-date security resume.

Nice To Haves

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• A state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32 hours of BSIS security training; additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process.
