About The Position

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is hiring a Fleet Technician based at its Ocala location. The technician independently performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to support fleet reliability, safety, and operational uptime. The role owns repair execution while developing advanced diagnostic and repair skills. Work schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, and Saturday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM.

Requirements

At least 2 years of fleet maintenance experience.
Experience servicing at least two of the following: diesel vehicles, light- and medium-duty trucks, trailers, or PIT equipment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
Ability to diagnose root causes rather than symptoms.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and DOT compliance.
Basic proficiency with fleet management or work order systems.
Basic computer skills, including web-based fleet tools and Microsoft Office 365.
Valid liability insurance and a driving record that meets Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) policy guidelines.

Nice To Haves

Experience with welding.
Experience with gasoline, diesel, propane, and/or electric vehicles.
ASE certification.
CDL license or certification.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on heavy-, medium-, and light-duty on-road vehicles, trailers, and powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical failures.
Complete DOT inspections and documentation.
Troubleshoot and repair brake, suspension, electrical, fuel, and hydraulic systems.
Respond to breakdowns and perform emergency repairs.
Maintain accurate repair records in the Fleet Management Tool.
