About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Fleet Support Program Specialist to join their team in Seal Beach, CA or Seattle, WA. This role serves as the primary BGS contact for issues identified by BCA partners, including the Fleet Chief Office, In-Service Supply Chain, engineering, and customer support. The specialist will analyze post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities, and manage customer material and delivery requirements. They will also analyze supplier and/or customer data related to products or services, including repair capabilities, capacity, and performance. A key responsibility is the project management of fleet-wide issues, addressing both short and long-term challenges that require BGS supply chain support without an existing plan. The role requires being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on fleet supportability, either by knowing the answer or directing to the correct team. This involves managing multiple identifiers for supportability issues such as the Fleet Chief Office, engineering, service bulletins, AOG/sales, and supply-chain health. The specialist will own the development and project management of roll-outs until final execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience in Supply Chain
  • 3+ Years of experience in Project Management
  • Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

  • Primary BGS contact for issues identified by BCA partners (Fleet Chief Office, In-Service Supply Chain, engineering, customer support, etc.)
  • Assists in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities
  • Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders
  • Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance
  • Project management of fleet-wide issues consisting of short and long-term challenges requiring BGS supply chain support without an existing plan
  • BGS SME on fleet supportability – Either know the answer or help direct to the correct team
  • Multiple identifiers for supportability issues (Fleet Chief Office, engineering, service bulletins, AOG/sales, supply-chain health, etc.)
  • Own development and project management of roll-out until final execution
