About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Fleet Support Program Specialist to join their team in Seal Beach, CA or Seattle, WA. This role serves as the primary BGS contact for issues identified by BCA partners, including the Fleet Chief Office, In-Service Supply Chain, engineering, and customer support. The specialist will assist in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities, and will enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements and orders. Additionally, the role involves analyzing supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities, capacity, and performance. A key responsibility is the project management of fleet-wide issues, addressing both short and long-term challenges that require BGS supply chain support without an existing plan. The specialist will act as a BGS Subject Matter Expert (SME) on fleet supportability, either providing answers directly or directing inquiries to the appropriate team. They will manage multiple identifiers for supportability issues, such as those from the Fleet Chief Office, engineering, service bulletins, AOG/sales, and supply-chain health. The role includes owning the development and project management of roll-outs until final execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience in Supply Chain
  • 3+ Years of experience in Project Management
  • Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  • Own development and project management of roll-out until final execution
