Requirements
- Previous sales experience required
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prospect, develop, and maintain business accounts
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, municipalities, and commercial customers
- Prospect for new fleet accounts through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts
- Consult with customers to understand their vehicle and business needs
- Recommend fleet vehicles, upfit options, and transportation solutions
- Prepare and present fleet proposals, quotes, and vehicle specifications
- Coordinate with dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Manage customer accounts and maintain ongoing relationships after the sale
- Stay current on Ford fleet products, programs, incentives, and industry trends
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
