The Fleet Sales Manager will lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing outside and inside sales team. The position is directly accountable to execute the sales and margin business plan as it pertains to the P&L statement. This person will need to have the desire and drive to win every day and the sales aptitude necessary to deal with a wide range of customers. This position will report directly to the Sales Director and assist in setting the strategic focus for the entire Fleet & Indirect Regional business.
