About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Fleet Operator at its rental facility in Kansas City, Missouri. The operator drives company vehicles to various locations, picks up and drops off vehicles, and provides customer service. The position also involves cleaning and light maintenance of vehicles and interfacing with vendors such as body shops, dealerships, and insurance agents. This is a safety-sensitive position; any offer of employment is contingent on passing a 10-panel drug screen.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have transportation to the Resla work vehicle.
Flexibility in scheduling, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Clear motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
Pass a 10-panel drug screen as a condition of an employment offer.

Responsibilities

Transport vehicles from various locations.
Pick up, clean, and drop off vehicles at various locations.
Perform cleaning and light maintenance of vehicles.
Interface with vendors such as body shops, dealerships, and insurance agents.
Maintain courteous and professional behavior and appearance.
Follow company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets.
Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy.
