About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Fleet Operator to work at its rental facility in Nashville, Tennessee. The operator drives vehicles to various locations, picks them up, cleans them, and drops them off while providing courteous, professional customer service. The role also includes light vehicle maintenance and interfacing with vendors such as body shops, dealerships, and insurance agents. This is a safety-sensitive position; an offer of employment is contingent on passing a 10-panel drug screen.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have transportation to the Resla work vehicle.
Flexible scheduling, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Clear motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
Pass a 10-panel drug screen as a condition of an employment offer.

Responsibilities

Transport vehicles from various locations.
Pick up, clean, and drop off vehicles.
Perform cleaning and light maintenance of vehicles.
Interface with vendors, including body shops, dealerships, and insurance agents.
Maintain courteous and professional behavior and appearance.
Follow company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets.
Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy.
