This position is based at the Marana, Arizona office and warehouse - The Fleet Operations Coordinator supports DOT compliance, maintenance compliance, and regulatory oversight, ensuring all vehicles, equipment, and drivers meet applicable federal, state, and local requirements. This role maintains driver qualification files, CDL documentation, safety records, inspection schedules, and preventive maintenance compliance in alignment with public-sector and infrastructure standards. Responsibilities include processing vehicle registrations, titles, permits, and insurance documentation, tracking required inspections and service intervals, and maintaining accurate preventive maintenance and repair records for heavy trucks, specialty equipment, and support vehicles. This position plays a critical role in sustaining operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted service delivery.
