About The Position

Ace Limousine & Airport Service is a premier luxury transportation company serving Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York, Washington DC, and surrounding areas. Our diverse fleet includes Ford vehicles, luxury sedans, stretch limousines, vans, SUVs, and charter buses. We are looking for an experienced Fleet Mechanic with strong expertise in Ford vehicles and buses to maintain our vehicles at the highest safety and reliability standards. You will perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance across our mixed fleet. This hands-on role is essential for keeping our vehicles road-ready for corporate clients, airport transfers, weddings, and special events.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of professional mechanic experience
Strong experience working on Ford vehicles (highly preferred)
Hands-on experience with charter buses or commercial vehicles (strongly preferred)
Familiarity with other vehicle brands (Mercedes, Lincoln, Chevrolet, etc.) is a big plus
ASE certifications preferred or equivalent technical training
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a shop environment
Flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend work

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Ford vehicles, buses, and other makes/models in the fleet
Service gasoline, diesel, and hybrid systems
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, suspension, brake, steering, and HVAC systems
Conduct thorough pre-trip and DOT inspections
Troubleshoot complex issues efficiently to reduce vehicle downtime
Maintain accurate service records in our fleet management system
Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize repairs
Work independently or with the maintenance team as needed
